About NLPZen
A quiet studio for inner change
NLPZen is a small practice built around one idea: lasting change needs both a map and a moment of stillness. Neuro-Linguistic Programming gives us the map — how language, memory and attention build the experience you are having. Meditation and Reiki give us the stillness in which that map can actually be redrawn.
Everything we teach is tested in real sessions with real people before it reaches a course. If a technique needs a retreat, a perfect morning or a leap of faith to work, it does not make the cut.

About Sapna
The person behind the practice
Sapna trained as an NLP practitioner while trying to find her own way out of burnout. What began as a personal rescue became a vocation: she qualified as a Master Trainer, added Reiki and a daily meditation practice, and started guiding others through the same ground she had covered.
She teaches the way she wishes she had been taught — plainly, without jargon or theatre, with plenty of room for the fact that you have a life to run while you change it.

The journey
How NLPZen came to be
Four turns in the road, each one adding something the next could not do without.
-
The question
A burnout that no productivity system could fix. The search for an answer led to a first NLP practitioner course — and the realisation that language shapes what feels possible.
-
The practice
Daily meditation turned the techniques from clever tools into lived change. Insight without stillness fades; stillness without direction drifts. Together they hold.
-
The proof
Friends asked for help, then their colleagues, then strangers. Hundreds of sessions later a pattern emerged: the same five shifts unlock almost everyone.
-
NLPZen today
Those five shifts became the free challenge, and the challenge grew into a full path of courses, healing sessions and mindset coaching.
Our philosophy
Three things we never compromise on
-
Awareness before advice
We never hand you a script to follow. First you notice the pattern running underneath the problem — that noticing is where the change starts.
-
Gentle, never forced
Transformation under pressure does not last. Every practice is short, kind and repeatable, so it survives a difficult week.
-
Practical over mystical
Nothing here asks for belief. You test each technique against your own experience and keep what works for you.
Our approach
NLP and meditation, working as one
One redraws the map, the other creates the quiet in which a new map can be drawn. Neither does the whole job alone.
What NLP brings
Precision. The language you use about yourself, the images you replay, the order in which a reaction assembles itself — all of it becomes visible, and once visible it becomes editable.
- Reframing the sentences that keep a limit in place
- Anchoring a calm state so it is available on demand
- Rapport and clean language for difficult conversations
What meditation brings
Space. A settled nervous system notices the pattern early, before it has finished running — and that half-second of noticing is the whole difference between insight and habit.
- Short daily sits that fit around work and family
- Breath work that lowers the baseline, not just the moment
- Reiki energy work to release what talking cannot reach
The benefits
What changes when you practise
Not overnight, and not by magic — but reliably, and in the places that matter most.
-
Calmer under pressure
Anchors and breath work you can reach for mid-meeting, not only on a cushion.
-
Beliefs that support you
Reframe the old story about what you are capable of, sentence by sentence.
-
Warmer relationships
Rapport skills and cleaner language that lower the temperature of hard conversations.
-
Sleep that restores
Evening practices that let the nervous system finish the day properly.
-
Decisions with less noise
A clear inner signal once the borrowed opinions are turned down.
-
Energy that lasts
Less leaked to rumination, more available for the work and people you love.
