nlpzen.com runs this website at https://www.nlpzen.com/. We teach NLP, meditation, Reiki healing and mindset coaching, and we handle any information you send us ourselves.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you use a form on this site — the contact form, the five-day challenge registration or a Write for us pitch — we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you enter. We use it to reply to you and, where you have asked to join the challenge, to send you that series of emails.
Comments
If you leave a comment on an article, WordPress stores the name, email address and comment you submit, along with your IP address and browser details, so we can moderate spam.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set a small number of functional cookies — for example to remember your details if you leave a comment, or to keep you logged in if you have an account here.
How we use your information
- To answer your enquiry and arrange any session or course you ask about.
- To deliver the free five-day challenge if you have registered for it.
- To review and respond to article pitches sent through Write for us.
- To keep the site secure and free of spam.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and we do not share what you tell us in a session or an enquiry with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to help you, and then for up to two years in case you come back to us. Challenge registrations are kept until you unsubscribe. Comments are kept indefinitely so the conversation on an article stays readable.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link at the bottom of it. We act on these requests within 30 days.
Other services
Our hosting provider processes the data needed to serve this website. Where we use an email delivery service to send the challenge, that provider processes your email address on our behalf and under contract. Neither uses your details for their own purposes.
